With a modern stylish design and many handy features, the Weber® Spirit® Classic E-210 is a perfect family barbecue ideal for both beginners and those who enjoy straight-forward no-nonsense gas barbecuing with minimal set-up.

Just because Weber® describe it as ‘entry-level’ doesn’t mean that the build or functionality of the Weber® Spirit® Classic E-210 is compromised in any way and it is more than capable of cooking perfectly barbecued food like any other Weber® gas model.

Built onto a powder-coated steel frame with a removable kettle branded screen slotted on the front, the Spirit® Classic E-210 looks slick with its gunmetal grey, black and silver colour scheme and stands at a height (from the ground) of 115cm with the lid closed and 160cm with the lid fully raised.

A pair of sturdy fully-folding side tables are fitted on both sides of the unit which are exceptionally handy when storage space is limited and both also include three convenient tool holders for when the barbecue is being used.

The hinged shroud of the Weber® Spirit® Classic E-210 incorporates a centre mounted thermometer and lifting it using the full-width solid handle will not only reveal a warming rack (supplied), slots for adding a rotisserie (sold separately) but also one of the most significant differences between this model and the Spirit® Original E-210; the cooking surface. The Weber® Spirit® Classic E-210 comes with a pair of 26 x 45cm porcelain-enamelled steel cooking grates, which, despite being lighter than the cast iron grates found on the Original E-210, still offer the same generous 2288cm² cooking area but are more economical and easier to clean.

Positioned underneath the grates are three removable porcelain-enamelled Flavorizer® bars which not only protect the two stainless steel burners concealed underneath but also produce flavoured smoke as the fat and juices secreted from the cooking food drip onto the hot bars.

The uncomplicated panel at the front of the barbecue houses both the infinite control burner valve dials which operate both burners independently to allow greater precision with cooking as well as the Crossover Ignition System button which fires up the gas burners.

Using the Weber® E210 couldn’t be easier either. Unhook the screen at the front to reveal the gas regulator, connect the gas bottle* (see below), rotate the burner valve(s) as required, hit the ignition button and with the lid closed wait 10-15 minutes for the temperature to get up and then you’re good to cook.

Also hiding behind the kettle-branded screen in the top left of the cavity area is a disposable drip tray (one supplied) to collect the waste material generated during cooking and a long thin chain with a match holder at the end to relight the pilot light should for any reason, the ignition system fail.

At the base of the Weber® Spirit® Classic E-210 are two fixed crack-proof all-weather wheels and two locking castors for ease of transportation.

Like most Weber® gas barbecues, the Weber® Spirit® Classic E-210 comes with a 10-year limited warranty on the porcelain-enamelled lid and cast aluminium components, 10 years on the burners and two years on all other parts to give you full confidence in your Weber® product as you cook up a treat for your friends and family.

Took a while to put up but I am happy with the product. Only concern is that the handle to lift the BBQ gets very hot and so it is hard to open once it gets going.

Sturdy and well made in traditional Weber quality. We barbecued for nine guests on the first occasion and found there was sufficient room on the grill for all the meat to be done together, though not for the peppers and salmon which we cooked separately.

Visited the store on Saturday afternoon to look at the 210 and 310. Couldn't justify the extra expense of the 310 in the end so I bought the 210. Assembled in about 1 hour single handedly (though I had watched Riverside's helpful video beforehand!). Cooked on it at both lunchtime (a few sausages) and in the evening (food for 6) and very happy with the performance of the grill. Much sturdier and even heating than my previous B&Q cheapy BBQ. I opted to get the Classic rather than the Original as I may buy the GBS grate in the future and the replacement grate is around the price difference between the version. A bit puzzled that the details page for the Spirit 210 on the Riverside website shows the GBS and rotisserie accessories as not being compatible though?

TNT, for the second time in our experience gave up on finding our address. No phone call to either us or Riverside but it WAS Friday night. Hometime. Never mind our BBQ party organised for Sunday. 2 hours of phone calls to TNT to secure Sat delivery succeeded then come Sat am we were on for Mon delivery. So it was a trip to Milton depot from Newbury to collect ourselves. Ordered Tuesday but BBQ damaged hence delay. No apologies from TNT. Did email Riverside but no reply.

I was slightly hesitant to purchase the Weber E210 because it is clearly on the lower end of Weber's product offerings. I have to say, assembly was quite easy (1 hour by myself) and it works incredibly well!

Well engineered so was not difficult to assemble as everything fitted. Cooked a few times and food has been very tasty. Long way to go yet to master everything it can do.

I ordered the bbq on a Sunday night and it arrived on the following Wednesday. Built in 50 minutes following the clear instructions. The front webbed panel was slightly bent but not enough to notice when in position. We used a full size gas bottle that we already had, you'll need the smaller or thinner size if you want to keep it hidden under the bbq as ours didn't fit. We cooked plenty of food on it so it's a great size for a family of four. Would definitely recommend :-)

Excellent delivery speed and a really friendly helpful delivery man took BBQ to back garden for me Lots of packaging but fairly simple to put together and now we have BBQ food that is no longer burnt! A cover would have been nice included in the price

exactly what I wanted. Easy to construct with good instructions. So far cooked well.

Was a bit alarmed when the BBQ arrived on a pallet and was unloaded by a fork lift truck. It was though no too heavy and really well engineered so self assembly was a pleasure. Took me about 90 minutes on my own. Easy to use and good size - I have taken it to France and it sits easily in my kitchen terrace. Good news is French use same pressure as UK and same regulator for propane gas. I am delighted with it and the efficient and prompt service from the supplier.

Well, having always slaved over a kettle barbie, albeit a Weber, I'm completely sold on a gas one, and very impressed with the Spirit. I went for it as a result of good reviews in, amongst other places, Which? Mag, and I'm not disappointed. Some people complain of having to construct it almost from the bottom up, and I take the point - it took me an hour and a half - but the instructions are clear and you don't need any additional tools over and above what they include (although having your own socket set and electric screw driver is a major advantage). We had our first barbie yesterday and the result was excellent - no frills, but quick, even and controllable heat from two burners made life a dream. The warming rack was perfect, and the combination of different meats easy to manage; with the lid down, the temperature inside the oven rocketed to 200 deg in about 5 minutes so it's efficient and powerful. Strongly recommended, good quality, a pleasure to use.

Love this Bar-B-Q. Took a while to put together but well worth not having to pay £100 for someone else to do it! Shame covering isnt included as had to go and shell out extra. And also had the wrong gas so that was an extra expense. But after all the initial outlay definately would recommend. Happy summer of BBQs.

Assembly pretty easy once we'd realised some parts were hidden in the packaging. Pleased with result, think optional griddle purchase was worth it. Found Riverside very helpful and accommodating re ordering and delivery, and good price.

So far after using only twice I am very pleased with this Weber BBQ. Solid build and a good design.

I spent a long time deciding if it was worth spending this much over the run of the mill generic ones, but Riverside was the cheapest and having taken the plunge I don't regret it. I was informed on the delivery slot and putting it together wasn't that complicated. The quality is far superior to the cheaper alternatives, so I would recommend this and obviously with Riverside offering the best price it makes sense to use them as well.

We have spent years (literally!) trying to decide whether to buy a gas barbecue. We knew, if we did, it would have to be a Weber as we’re so impressed with our Weber charcoal barbecues, but the price was a bit daunting especially as we didn’t know if we would like the way it cooked the food. We finally decided to take the plunge - and it is brilliant. Not only does it smell like a charcoal barbecue when it’s cooking, the food tastes just as good and remains really succulent. At the weekend, when we had more time, we had a charcoal barbecue to test the difference and we really couldn’t notice any. We are absolutely delighted with the new gas barbecue, glad we stuck with Weber (I think the ‘Flavorizer’ bars probably do help give it the authentic ‘bbq’ taste) and just wish we’d bought one years ago!

Für eine "Generalreinigung" (Rost, Schienen, Fettauffangbehälter) braucht man ca. 15 - 20 Minuten.

Vor allem für Speisen, die etwas länger brauchen, erzielt man optimale Ergebnisse, da mit dem Gas die Hitze sehr gut dosiert werden kann.

Und wenn es mal schnell gehen soll, ist er in null komma nichts einsatzbereit.

Am Anfang schockt zwar der stolze Preis, aber ich muß sagen, wir würden diesen Griller jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Wir hatten vorher ein günstiges Produkt (nicht von Weber) und die Gasöffnungen waren nach 2 Jahren verstopft und konnten auch. Weitere Informationen

Passt diese Hülle wirklich nicht auf den Weber Spirit S-320 Premium GBS?

Gemäss Weber Homepage sollte die Hülle eigentlich passen.

Hallo, nach Absprache mit dem Hersteller haben wir unsere Angaben aktualisiert. Die Abdeckhaube passt zu dem Weber Spirit S-320 Premium GBS. Allerdings sollten Sie darauf achten, dass Ihr Grill ab dem Jahr 2013 stammt. Dies erkennen Sie daran, dass die Regler vorne sind und nicht rechts. Sollte Ihr Grill vor dem Jahr 2013 stammen, benötigen Sie diese Abdeckhaube 7102 "Weber Abdeckhaube Premium für Genesis 300-Serie". Diesen haben wir ebenfalls bei uns im Shop.

General information

There are many different burner systems available and fixtures to avoid flash fires. The better the heat distribution, the better the grilling result. High-quality gas grills usually feature at least two freely adjustable burners, which enable direct and indirect grilling. The unit “kW” provides information on the burner’s performance – in most cases, high performance stands for quickly produced heat and an ideal grilling temperature that is maintained throughout use.

Furthermore, the lid should not be underestimated. It has heat-storing and isolating properties and, if closed, creates an “oven effect”. High-quality lids are made of cast aluminium or double-walled steel.

Gas grills often come in a grill cart that features floor cupboards, demountable work surfaces, fold-out tables, cutlery holders and, depending on the model, many other things. However, grill carts are suitable only if they are meant for stationary use as they are usually quite big and bulky. Alternatively, there exists a large selection of portable models or table grills that are easy to transport and can be taken anywhere thanks to their compact size.

Depending on the brand, there are a number of important purchasing criteria to keep in mind:

Wenden Sie die direkte Grillmethode für Grillgut an, welches max. 25 Minuten gegrillt wird, wie Steaks, Koteletts Hamburger, Hähnchenschenkel, Würstchen und Gemüse.

Indirect grilling

Die indirekte Grillmethode ist dem Garen ähnlich: Ihr Grillgut wird gegrillt, hat ein besseres Aroma und Aussehen als Sie es im Backofen erzielen können. Die durch den Deckel reflektierte Hitze grillt Ihr Grillgut gleichmässig von allen Seiten. Die zirkulierende Hitze arbeitet wie ein Umluftofen, Sie brauchen das Grillgut nicht wenden. Wenden Sie die indirekte Grillmethode für Grillgut an, welches länger als 25 Minuten gegrillt werden muss oder für Grillgut das zu empfindlich ist, um bei direkter Grillmethode gegrillt zu werden, da es sonst austrocknen oder anbrennen würde: Zum Beispiel für Braten, Rippchen, ganze Hähnchen, Truthähne, andere grosse Stücke Fleisch oder Fischfilets.

Très bon grill, parfait pour 2-6 personnes. La chaleur monte rapidement à 300-320 degrés et est largement suffisante pour la majorité des tâches, y compris la viande, les burgers, etc.

Dieses Cover kriegt man nicht kaputt und durch die perfekte Paßform und das qualitätsbedingte Eigengewicht kriegt sie auch kein Sturm vom Grill runter!

Warum man allerdings in den USA für das gleiche Cover nur 20 Dollar zahlt und hier in D das Doppelte, muß mir mal einer erklären.

Anfangs war ich sehr skeptisch eine grosze schwarze Abdeckhaube auf meiner Terasse zu haben, aber ich musz zugeben, dasz sich unser Griller jetzt in stylisches Moebel verwandelt hat. Ganz nebenbei schuetzt die Abdeckhaube den Grill.
