Weber Grill - Chicago Ratings and Reviews

    Overall Rating

    ambience

Service was very slow. No bread provided to our table although all other tables got it. This is just your average American food restaurant. There is something to eat for all types.

First visit, and not disappointed. Excellent steak and sides were good. The wine was awesome too.

Only 5 Weber Grill Restaurants in the USA. all of them great! If you have not eaten at Weber Grill, do make it an item on your bucket list.

Amazing people and service only complaint was loudness of place.

    Good service food and atmosphere!

Our waiter Tim was exceptional. The staff there is friendly and caring. This was our first time there and will not be out last. Food was awesome and so was our service.

    Please let them know this.

Anything cooked on a Weber grill is always so delicious. The pulled pork sandwich is my favorite: meat cooked perfectly and not swimming in bbq sauce.

Have eaten here every year for the past 15 years + (always the same night) and for the first time EVER left disappointed - by the new menu and the poor service

Had a great dinner on Thanksgiving day. Met some nice folks in the bar and had great servers all night.

We love our dinner, thanks for the excellent service and amazing food.

Went for Thanksgiving dinner with family. Food was so tasty. Would recommend!

New slicker menu ( I mean that literally too. ) , less choices but better tasting sides. Great for groups. Good service, always hospitable and welcoming.

Incredible service, awesome Thanksgiving food, too!

Traveling with our three kids in Chicago on Thanksgiving meant we needed a place to eat out. Was a little Leary about how well Weber Grill would meet our needs, but it couldn’t have been any better! We had a perfect table tucked into a back room. The kid meals are separated in plates like cute school trays (if you have dining eaters, you can understand why this is important!!). My husband and i ordered the Thanksgiving meal special and it was fantastic! Definitely did not disappoint!

Everything was great. Little mix up on order that was quickly fixed. Overall, will definitely eat here again. The Manhattan’s were awesome.

Wait time for initial service was 20 minutes, had to get other wait staff just to get water, burger was bland, dry, even though still bright pink inside. Salad had some inedible components. Disappointing. Expected more given brand reputation.

Food was large portions. Service was about average and initial service was longer than should have been considering as slow as it was

The Appetizer sampler was delicious my prime rib was fantastic the meal itself was very very good

Food and ambience has gone downhill. I always eat at Weber when I go to Chicago but it is unlikely that I will return.

The best steaks in all of Chicago at the best prices. Highly recommend!

The pretzel rolls were delicious and the ribs were amazing!

We had 3 different servers, none of whom brought us silverware until after our food was on our table and I flagged someone down for it. We also never got a bread basket like other tables. My prime rib was hard and tough to chew. Not a great experience, we won't be back.

A fellow service member and I saw that Weber Grill had a Veterans Day offer for military members and decided to try the establishment for the first time. However, when we asked our server about it, she didn't know anything about it. She did go check with her manager and returned to say that they did have the offer; however, when she returned a third time, she said it was only valid for one of us even though the published offer stated it was good for every veteran's meal over $50, not per table, nor per check. As a service member, I don't go looking to exploit these kinds of offers, nor do I expect anything in return for my choice to serve. However, if an establishment is going to offer something, then I would expect that it would honor the deal once the offer is accepted. Since there are many fine steak houses in Chicago, I'll probably choose a different one next time around. It's all about integrity, and Weber Grill missed the mark. The food was very well prepared, and tasted great.

Took my wife here for our anniversary and the food never let you down! She is from Nyc and it whats her first time here she had the ny strip as usual and she had not stop raving

Food is always great! Personable staff. Tim did a great job!

Always wanted to try the Weber Grill and I was not disappointed

Our table for 2 was inches from the tables of 2 on either side. It was loud. The food was blah. Our waitress tried but she was clearly spread thin.

Excellent food. Best crab cakes I’ve had in a long time!! Waiter was knowledgeable. I do wish they had a smaller steak option. Overall love it and will be back he next time I’m in Chicago.

Met with some friends from Indy here for dinner. Food was good and service was nice. If you are in the mood for a friendly atmosphere with good BBQ this would fit the bill.

Our waiter like barely checked in on us and we waited 15 minutes till we had to ask someone else for the check! And it was not even busy so it didn’t make sense! Otherwise food was average but overpriced.

Amazing Restaurant, excellent steaks at fair prices!

The food is really great and the service is superb!

Had a business dinner here with partners. The wait was a bit long, but the food was worth it. Definitely a stop next time I am in Chicago!

I don’t like the new menu, to few options. Ordered Beef Bisket, very dry. They don’t offer the grill platers any longer. No more sausages on menu.

Rather disappointed with this visit. We went early in the entering, the restaurant was not busy and the service was slow. The main course arrived, however we had not finished eating or appetizers yet. Too bad because I like this place, however this time we really felt rushed.

Food was excellent! Survice was excellent. The ribeye was mouthwatering and better than most high end steakhouses that charge you $60 plus sides! However they can’t make a proper old fashion!

Very nice, but not fine dining. Just what we needed, quick and filling

It was very good. Server was fun. Meatloaf was delicious.

127 Weber Grills Consumer Reviews and Complaints

We inherited a Q1000 and used it for many years, grilling almost daily. It was the best! So efficient and durable that we decided we would buy Weber from then on. Time came to invest in a new one of our own, and we found a Q1200 that looked like a new version of the same tabletop style for $199. Well, it lasted about 6 months, until the base MELTED to the grill cavity.

After heating it for 5-10 minutes one day, we noticed it looked lopsided & discovered the cavity had sunk down on one side (due to broken plastic bolts, it appears) and MELTED to the base. We looked it all over -- the ignition still worked, the wires were intact, everything seemed normal except that it was now lopsided and stuck against the melted base! Called customer service, who asked us to send photos, and a week later heard back that their investigator ruled it was damaged by a grease fire. What the what. This grill was sitting on a wooden table, and there were no signs of fire or scorching anywhere. It had only been heating up a few minutes!

From looking at the photos, it was plain as day that the bolts holding the grill cavity to the base had somehow broken, resulting in the cavity falling through on that side, and coming to rest on the plastic base legs, which then melted. No scorching or fire damage anywhere, and it was on the same side as all the wiring, which was fine! However, the customer service person had no access to the photos we sent, and said we had no recourse, since their investigation was final. Outrageous. Never again a Weber.

I have used my GENESIS S-330 GAS GRILL LP since I bought it on May 3rd, 2013. I have used this grill for over 4 years before writing this review. I live in the Phoenix metro area in the middle of the desert. I cook dinner virtually every night in the summer so we do not heat up the house. The rest of the year I probably average three meals a week on one of my grills because the boss (Momma) prefers the taste of grilled foods. I have stood in snow grilling dinner in the dead of winter in Oklahoma. I have catered many, many picnics with smoked foods. Yes, I have a food handling license.

What do I know about Weber grills? Well I have used just about every type they have put out since the early 80s. I currently own three Weber units. The first is the subject of this review, a GENESIS S-330 GAS GRILL LP. The second is a standard 22" charcoal kettle grill. The third a 22" Smoky Mountain Smoker that I use extensively. I have owned multiple other Weber units including LP three burner units over the years. The LP units are what I am going to compare and review now. The charcoal units I will continue to buy as my old ones wear out. The LP have hit my trash them ASAP list!

I do not know the model number of my last three burner LP grill prior to the current GENESIS S-330 GAS GRILL LP. However, its burners were configured from side to side and not like my current grill front to rear. There were absolutely no cold spots with the side to side configuration. With the current forward to rear configuration for the burners, there are a multitude of cold spots! To cook food now, you have to continuously move food around on the grill. Timing different foods for cooking time is impossible. When cooking multiple foods, I find myself estimating times improperly and pulling foods off when they are done and cooking others for a lot longer.

Of course this leads to food becoming cold before the rest is pulled off the grill. There was no reason for me to spend $850 for this grill! I could have done just as well with a Char Broil or other inexpensive grill for $250-$325. My current Weber will not burn off the oils and grease like my old Weber. I have to clean it out 4 times as often as my old grill. How do I know this? Well, my old grill was taken and rebuilt by my son-in-law. He still uses it as often as I use my grills. I still have the two units to compare.

My recommendation? Use the hell out of the Weber charcoal units and forget the gas units. I truly do not believe they are worth the money in any way, shape, or form. If you want to spend that much money, spend a little more and buy a professional unit from a quality grill store. If you look for the best grills on the web, you will find the Weber gas grills are very seldom mentioned. By the way. For reference. I purchased my grill from Lowe's, as stated earlier, 3 May 2013.

Thank you, you have successfully subscribed to our newsletter! Enjoy reading our tips and recommendations.

Our gas grill is hooked up to our house - natural gas - and we run it 12 months a year. At times I've had to shovel out a path to the grill, but I won't stop barbecuing just because it's winter. Anyway, running year round, our Weber Genesis is still going strong at 10 years old. Have replaced grates and such every now and then, but nothing major.

Weber Grills are most durable and reliable. Cooking grates easier to clean and overall cooking quality is better than other grills I have owned. I will continue to only purchase Weber brand grills.

Our Weber is over 16 years old. We have rehabbed it 2 times now and still going strong. Glad they make replacement parts easy to find now. We use to buy a new one every few years.

Bought my first Weber in the 1980's it lasted 15 years outdoors uncovered. Then I replaced it with a Broil King which totally fell apart after 3 years, back to the Weber and have had it ever since and is still in good shape. I also use the little Weber camping with great success.

We absolutely love our Weber Gas Grill! We have had this grill for several years and it's still going strong! I plan on surprising my husband for father's day and with a new Weber Grill but I'm afraid he'll want to keep both new and old!

I love how the chicken, steaks, and burgers turn out on our charcoal Weber Grill. The meats, steaks in particular, are much more flavorful and tender than when cooked on a stovetop. As with all charcoal grills, maintaining a consistent temperature can be tricky; cooking also takes longer than with gas. For that reason, one must repeatedly make small cuts into the meat to see if it is cooked to one's preference, or in the case of poultry or pork, to check if it is cooked thoroughly. The holes in the grill's lid allows for a wonderful smoked flavor.

Upon picking up my Weber E310 I was informed that I must pick up the 175lb grill and load it. I previously called and asked if help was available and was told no BUT the guys would position the grill so I could slide it into my truck. Only problem it was sitting on a skid and there is no way to slide the grill UP into my truck. The customer service rep said "Tough" you were told. Thankfully another customer helped slide the grill into the truck. This convinced me not to purchased a second grill as I had planned. The next day I purchased another grill for a relative from Home Depot where they happily loaded the grill into my truck. Also Home Depot said if I wanted to wait a week they would assemble the grill and load in my truck.

I have been using Weber Grills for over 30 years. I've had 3 different models over the course of those years. The only reason I have needed a new one was because of natural disasters. I've always found them to be well made and reliable. The temperature is even across the grate surfaces. No hot or cool spots. They heat up quickly. They are a pleasure to use. The company is a breeze to deal if you have a problem with your model. Whether it's in or out of warranty they are extremely helpful with a repair or send a new part. They are definitely built to last. I wouldn't use any other.

We have had our Weber for 18 years. Still great! We clean it after each use and have replaced a few parts to keep it looking like new. If I ever need to replace it, I would not buy any other brand.

We purchased a Weber Platinum C Series Grille approximately 8-10 years ago. The grille looks and performs as good as the day we bought it. We use it more in the summer of course and keep it outside covered with a Weber Grille Cover all winter long.

The Weber Grill is outstanding. Mine is over 15 years old and still looks good and works like new. It is an expensive grill but worth every penny. The temperature gauge still works fine and the grill surfaces are still like new. Cleaning it easy and using oven cleaner makes the job quick and easy.

Bought my first Weber 22.5" charcoal kettle in 1982, still own it and use it regularly. It is in great shape after 35 years of use. My wife gave me a first generation Weber gas grill in the late '80s. It is still at my office, where I use it to grill lunch for my employees. We have a Weber Smoky Mountain Cooker that is in terrific shape and cooks great. The Weber Genesis III gas grill we purchased about 8 years ago is a PIECE OF GARBAGE.

After only 8 years, the cheap sheet metal in the bottom of the grill cabinet has rusted completely through and is falling on the ground. The stainless steel flavorizer bars have burned through and need replacement. The gas valve leaks like a sieve. After only a few years I will be wheeling the Weber Genesis III, which cost over $850, to the curb for the scavengers or garbage men to take away and will never purchase another Weber product again. Weber quality is no longer to be relied upon. STAY AWAY! We could NOT be more disappointed.

Our Weber gas grill is wonderful heavy duty, holds heat and is true to temp. Grills evenly. I love the color. We got it in a dark red crimson color. It is not overly huge just the right mid range size. I would definitely purchase again. We loved it so much we even purchased my mother and father-in-law one!!

I bought this Weber Grills 13 years ago and it's still working fine today. Incredible performer. It was the most expensive at the time but has certainly proven its value.

The Weber Grills is electric. They are hard to find. Easy to use but not as hot or charred for grilling. There is a temperature gauge helpful. It is hard to clean and disassemble to clean it. This one was expensive for a small tabletop grill.

I purchased the Weber Grill for my son. It is now four years old. We've used almost every weekend. Grilled dogs, burgers, brawts, and my favorite is the salmon done on cedar planks. My son is excellent cook on this grill. I would recommend it to anyone for all occasion.

I bought the Weber Spirit. I was excited to own a Weber Grill. Wow. What a disappointment and waste of money. This grill is a piece of garbage. It started rusting within 6 months. The grill sits in my breezeway. It does not get wet except for when I wipe it down with a damp cloth. I use stainless steel cleaner/polish. All of the stainless steel has rust on it. The bottom of the door and side panels have rust on them. I'm not talking about surface rust, it's rusting. I called Weber and they were very, well "not concerned". They say I should use more stainless steel polish. They apparently don't stand behind any type of warranty. Char-Broil Grills are 100% better than Weber. You don't always get what you pay for. Weber is an example of overpriced garbage.

They claim to have a 5 year warranty on the cooking grates and flavor bars. My grill is only 1 & 1/2 years old and both have rusted through. I tried calling to get replaced but after 3 calls and sending pictures I have yet to be successful. My last call she wanted me to describe my grill brush and then wanted to know if I use a "cheap one". What does it matter, I don't think my grill brush caused the grates to rust!! I hung up because I wasn't getting anywhere with the person and will try again for the 4th time. I've decided next time I buy a grill I will buy a throw away and just replace it every 1-2 years. Weber’s are no longer built to last. Very disappointed:(

I placed a prior review pertaining to the Weber Q120 grill, the replacement parts (burner tube, and grill grate), and customer service/warranty issues I was experiencing at the time. That was a couple months ago. Yesterday, after only a few minutes of speaking to a completely different Weber customer service rep., the parts previously in a questionable warranty state, were on their way to me at ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGE.

I couldn't be happier. It seems as though SOME people at Weber Grills may truly care about the consumers who actually do purchase Weber products and from time to time may need help with replacement parts. Once again, they have proven themselves to be a leader among makers of grills and grilling products. They certainly do honor the warranties they advertise. Thanks to a caring company representative I WILL be enjoying my Weber Q120 again this 4th of July. I hope this review helps.

I have extensive experience with Weber Grills dating back about 25 years. My first Weber grill was a Spirit series and it was so long ago that all I can remember about it was that my wife and I loved it. We had absolutely no problems with it and we decided to move on to the Summit series and gave the Spirit to our son who has had it to this day. He still loves it; except for some parts replacements over the years, nothing major, it is still functional and functions well.

We then bought a 6 burner Summit series, what was then pretty much top of the line. We have had it for about 19 years and the only parts we replaced were the flavor bars. It has a rotisserie and a warming rack. It has functioned flawlessly and the taste of the food has been exceptional. We are giving it away to a friend as we have just purchased a Genesis LXII S440 (4 burners since we are an empty nest now and don't need the extra size).

This new grill is one of the most advanced technologically that we could find. The electronic ignition is flawless, it has a 10 year warranty and cooks food to perfection. I should mention that we also bought the iGrill 3 which is a device that allows you to monitor food temperature from an iPhone via a free app, from start to finish and notifies you when the food reaches a perfect temperature (not sure about other smartphone compatibility). What a fantastic invention!

It lists for $99.00 but I think you can get it cheaper, possibly on Amazon but haven't checked. It also has functioned as promised and as described. We tested the food temperature and it was right on the money. I couldn't believe it. This is a highly advanced grill yet you can learn and use all the features in a short time. We have only had it for 2 months but with a 10 year warranty I don't expect any problems. It also seems to use less propane based on the tank gauge.

I will wrap this up by saying that it is no doubt expensive, but if you buy a CharBroil or NexGrill, which are no doubt good grills and very affordable, you may likely need to replace it 3 or 4 times and the Weber will still be going. That is only my opinion, and one's budget is of utmost importance. We are retired and have both been in the workforce for >35 years. We want to splurge a little in retirement. One last caveat: any grill left out in the elements must have a durable cover. We chose the Weber cover (list price $79.95; $67.95 on Amazon where we got it). Protecting the grill or keeping it in a garage or other covered area will extend the life of the grill for a long time.

Bought a brand new Weber Spirit E-210 Gas Grill late last fall. I keep it in the garage so it is not out in a Wisconsin winter. Used it a couple of times last year and then using it heavily this summer. I saw some bad reviews on the knobs stripping and wanted to mention something that happened to me. I have the grill cooking in my driveway. My son goes to back his car out, doesn't look and runs into my grill and knocks it over. I run out to find all the contents (food, grates, flavor bars) on the driveway and the grill laying on it's front with flames coming out the side. We figure out how to stand the grill up without getting burned and I shut it off. Tell my son it could have been worse, could have been my new car.

Once I get everything put back together, turn the knob, hit the lighter and poof goes the flame and everything works. People are talking about the knobs stripping, mine are still perfectly fine. Now my beautiful new grill no longer looks new. Both knobs all scratched up, big hack out of the handle to open the top, the front door won't shut because of a dent in the cross bar under the grill but that baby still cooks great meals. I've loved the grill since the day I bought it. Would highly recommend it.

Just bought a new Weber Grill (Spirit Grill). It cost twice as much as other grills but the salesman convinced me it's worth it. So far, I'm not happy. The middle gas control knob is not properly aligned. Every time I use the grill I have to take the knob off and put it on again. I want to keep it clean so I tried turning it on high to let the debris burn off. It simply does not get hot enough to produce ash. Pulling the drawer out for cleaning is difficult. I could have 2 Charbroil grills for the price of one Weber.

I needed new burners the flame wasn't even. I grill almost every day. They did send new ones, but can't remove bolts, screw. Talked to two reps and they wanted me to disassemble the whole front of grill knobs, starter, face plate, baffle, manifold, etc. Why I asked the instructions that came with the new burners says remove bolts and slide new burners in and install new bolts, I can't. They are corroded and rusted, of Course they're in the inside of the grill. Had to talk to THE manager. She said the owners book says to yearly cleaning to remove those screws and etc. to clean, I didn't and that my problem. I said "Who does that? It's a bad design." She says that's my problem. I cleaned more than yearly, but remove bolts really. Who does that. No one is my vote. Bad design, maybe stainless steel Weber. would be better, extra screw with grill upon purchase something. do this is a really hard fix.

I purchased my 3 burner Weber Spirit 3 years ago. It worked ok when it was new. Temp would max out around 500. But over the past year and a half, it would take longer and longer to reach searing temp. More often than not I would find myself in bypass mode. Yes, I follow Weber's ridiculous standard operating procedures on how to light this thing properly. When I get lucky, the grill would heat up to 425 after a full 20- 30 minutes on pre-heat. Anyone who knows anything about grilling knows that you can't sear meats at 425. That 425 number is deceiving though. That represents the pillow of hot air that is immediately lost as soon as you open the cover to lay your food. Food that is cold and acts as a heat sink for whatever heat is trapped within the iron grates. Close the lid and the temp needle plunges to 325 and then slowly rises again and stalls at 390.

Getting back up to 425 takes another 5 minutes assuming you don't dare open the lid to check on progress or flip your food. I've had several conversations with Weber about this. Replaced propane tanks, replaced the regulator, disassembled the connection line to the manifold, wire brushed the burner tubes and flame transfer rod in the back all to no avail. For the cost of this grill, I could not be more dissatisfied. I thought I was buying hassle-free quality. Can't tell you how many grass fed steaks have been absolutely ruined on this over priced steam table. So unhappy with Weber. My advice is save your money. Buy a cheaper grill that will rot out every 4-5 years and then replace it. I never had a problem with my Charbroil (except for the rotting out problem). But for the price, I could have bought 3 of them and gone 15 years of hassle-free grilling.

I purchased a Weber Q320 grill a few years ago thinking I was buying a quality product, but to my dismay I found that I was wrong. The porcelain cooking grates rust in less than a year. I am looking to replace the second set already and trying to come up with a stainless steel alternative. I purchased the Q320 solely on the Weber name and not wanting to buy a low quality grill that you get in the big box stores. Considering a replacement set of grates cost $80 plus shipping, I would have been much better off buying a cheap one at the big box store and replacing it every 3 or 4 years. Consider this carefully before making your decision on buying one of these!

I was mislead into buying a high priced Weber BBQ under the assumption it would last for years. But don't move and find out your BBQ no longer accepts the new gas. I have a NG BBQ with no NG lines to be seen. After some BS about how complicated a conversion would be I am now stuck with useless planter. Unless you intend to stay where you are for some time don't buy a Weber. Buy one that can be converted.

I purchased a Weber Genesis grill $800 and 2 years later it has started to rust. I contacted Weber and they saw that it is only 2 years old. I asked for a replacement grill and this was denied. I then found out that they are now manufacturing the grill in China. They were manufactured in the USA years ago and no longer take pride in the Weber brand! I sent many photos but they are no longer interested in keeping their customers happy. Buyers beware.

The Weber Q120 may be a small, even portable to a degree, grill but it has been a pleasure to own and use for several years (Almost 7 yrs now). However, the burner tube and grill grate have had to be replaced two times. Which brings me to the warranty issues. The burner tube and grill grate both have a no rust through/no burn through warranty of 5 years (Per the Weber warranty website).

So with Memorial Day right around the corner and the probs with the grill, burner tube being rusted through and the grill grate top being rusted and damaged due to the burner tube prob, I decided to call Weber for some replacement parts. And after spending a few minutes with a customer service rep I was able to order the parts I needed and it was only going to cost me a little over a hundred bucks. So I ordered them and paid for them, and had even agreed to pay a little more for a fast delivery.

But after the call I started looking into the warranty info. Just became curious because this was the second time I've had to replace the same parts since buying the grill, and with the combined costs of the first and second replacement parts I could have almost just paid for a brand new grill. So anyway, I looked into the warranty info and found both the parts had a 5 YEAR no rust through / no burn through warranty. I called Weber customer service and after about an hour of bouncing around to a couple different people and explaining my situation (That I had just ordered the second set of the same replacement parts and paid for them and was now waiting for them to arrive).

The only real prob I had now was after having to order the parts again that I had just happened to check the Weber website warranty info out. Where it CLEARLY stated the parts I had just reordered for the second time in less than 5 years, happened to have a 5 yr warranty and I was not too happy about that news.

After explaining everything the customer service rep, I finally ended up speaking to a customer service "manager". She was extremely polite. She advised me the best way to handle this was to possibly just let her check into it further, and while she did they would refund the amount I had just paid for the second set of replacement parts. That sounded fair so I did and I actually received a phone call the NEXT day which I missed and had to return, but hey no prob so far. That was until I called and asked to speak to the extremely polite lady I had spoken to the day before. It just so happened that she, Dana I believe, was not available.

So I tried explaining the situation to the rep, she was completely sarcastic, even arguing with me about the EXACT warranty info to the point I was very frustrated and unwilling to even discuss it further. I think the straw that did it for me was after already ordering the parts and paying for them, then finding out via website info warranty specs, and having to go around and around and another round with what was finally a rude and dismissive customer service rep that told me she was quote, "Sooo sorry," that she needed me to explain it all over for her again. REALLY. "No mam, it's truly me that is sooo sorry," as she put it for having to deal with someone like her.

Even though the grill has worked great, except for the mentioned items going bad too fast. As much as I have enjoyed cooking with it for the past several years, I REFUSE to support or to have ANY dealings with ANY company rep. who actually believes they can get away with disregarding their own products' warranty then so smugly dismiss my frustration and complaint. Needless to say, I will not be grilling with my Weber Q120 this Memorial Day or possibly ever again. I will definitely not pay for any more parts that were under warranty, looks like I will grill shop this holiday. Hope this was able to help someone.

The 8 Best Gas Grills To Buy In 2017

No doubt, all of us like to host and attend the BBQ parties and we already know that the quality of food never comes from the flimsy grills. So, everyone wants a grill that fits the individual budget and cooking needs. On that note, we have compiled a list of best gas grills of 2017 that are suitable for most bbq lovers. This list is gathered over multiple weeks of hard work involving self-testing in our backyards and detailed reviewing.

        Best Overall: Weber Spirit E310

Coming back with a recent redesign, the Weber Spirit E 310 NG comes packed with all the amenities that can get you grilling in no time. This grill offers a 32,000 BTU per hour input, divided between 3 high-grade stainless steel burners over a combined cooking area of 529 square inches. From the side burner to the extendible stainless steel workspace (with 6 hooks), the utilization of space is improved and the comfort is greatly increased.

This grill features a minimalistic design that offers everything, the bigger grills offer. A deep black and stainless-steel theme signals sophistication and elegance. Unlike its predecessor, this design features a user-friendly front end control knob panel for optimal user convenience. Porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates provide superior heat retention while the durable porcelain-enameled shroud resists to fade, peel or rust.

It has an electric crossover ignition system that ignites the three burners almost instantly and porcelain-enameled flavorizer bars smoke and sizzle when cooking juices drip down on them which add flavor to the meal. Moreover, center mounted thermometer is installed on the hood for perfect temperature feedback whereas fuel gauge is installed to keep you updated about the fuel quantity every time. Lastly, I found the Spirit E310 to be easy to set up while being easily maintainable.

Best For Large Party Eat-Outs: Char-Broil Performance 650

Are you looking for a gas grill that can accommodate a large party eat outs easily? If yes, then you may know that these types of giant-sized grills are quite expensive, but Char-Broil ruled-out this phenomenon by launching the low priced Performance 650 6-Burner grill.

This new grill offers ample 650 square inches of the primary cooking area (which is sufficient to cook 25 steaks or 35 burgers) and 280 square inches of the secondary cooking area. Its main burner can exhaust 65,000 BTU while a side burner is capable of delivering 10,000 BTU.

Performance 650 uses propane tank as a fuel source and there is a fuel gauge monitor installed in it that measures the remaining fuel in the tank. The design of this grill is like its predecessor (Performance 475) but the power to size ratio is improvised which was not accurate in the previous model. Moreover, the quality of cooking grates is same as it was in performance 475 that makes it capable of retaining heat and dispensing it quickly. So, overall the upgraded model is much better than its earlier one and can efficiently handle the large party eat-outs.

Best Luxury Gas Grill: Weber Genesis II LX S-340

Weber recently introduced its LX (luxurious model) which has all those features that are not common in genesis ||. It has an enormous cooking space of 513 square inches and tuck-away warming rack (foldable) is of 156 square inches. There are three main stainless steel burners which provide 43,500 BTU-per-hour input however side burner provides 12,000 BTU-per-hour input. These burners provide even heat distribution on the cooking grates so that the food is evenly cooked.

One can easily prepare side dishes and sauces with the help of flush-mounted side burner. The Cooking grates of this grill are made of high-quality 7mm stainless steel to last for a long time. Additionally, it is equipped with enclosed cabinet for storage and one can use easily foldable side tables to hang cooking utensils within arm’s reach. The handle light of this is quite powerful as it illuminates the entire cooking area and when the lid gets closed, the light automatically turns off to save energy.

The grease management system included in this grill is quite robust as it saves from dangerous flare-ups and removes grease easily. Its infinity ignition system makes sure that burners ignite smoothly once the knob is turned. Moreover, the flavorizer bars catch drippings that sizzle and smoke, which add irresistible smoky flavor to food which everyone love. Though it is expensive, but luxury comes with the price. Isn’t It?

        Best Tru-Infrared Grill: Char-Broil Performance 450

Those who love tru-infrared cooked food know that tru-infrared grills are not economical grills however Char-broil has introduced its new infrared grill which is quite affordable, keeps the food quality at its best and comes with the small size.

Let’s look at its design and features. With its three high-power burners and 450 square inches cooking area, it has given a tough competition to the grills of the same lineup. Its main burner is capable of delivering 30,000 BTUs whereas its flush lidded side burner offers additional 10,000 BTUs which are quite enough to cook good amount of food instantly. Furthermore, this grill offers 180 inches of the secondary cooking area along with ample side shelves that give enough space to cook delicious food.

Its convenient cart design (gives portability), Surefire electronic ignition system (provides quick spark), durable porcelain coated grates and temperature gauge are one of its additional exciting features.

Best High-End: Weber Genesis II E-310

Weber Genesis II series is one of the most durable and popular series in the weber’s line up. This series is popular for its sturdy design and grilling system. Although all the genesis grills are good but E-310 performed exceptionally well, so we decided to test this model and below is what we found.

Weber Genesis II E-310 comes with 3 stainless steel burners which produce 37,500 BTUs. It has 669 sq. in. of total cooking area that provides ample space in which 513 sq. in. is of primary cooking area and 156 sq. in. is of warming rack area.

Folding side shelves with tool hooks, open cart design, centre mounted thermometer, stainless steel heat deflectors, liquid propane fuel gauge, 168 lbs. of weight (helps in portability), stainless steel flovorizer bars, porcelain-enamelled cast iron cooking grates and 4 heavy duty wheels (in which 2 front wheels are lockable) are some of its exciting features.

Best Portable Grill: Cuisinart CGG-180T Petit Gourmet

Who doesn’t love easier and faster cooking? And what about portability?

By keeping these questions in mind, Cuisinart launched its grill that gathered a lot of satisfied customers and upon testing this product, we have found following results:

This grill doesn’t offer those features which fully functional grills offer. The reason behind this is that the manufacturer of this grill has designed it to be the most portable grill in the market so, they have sacrificed some advance level features for the sake of portability.

It just offers 145 square inches of cooking space which is no doubt too small, but you can still cook few burgers or at least 8 steaks at a time. As it weighs only 13 pounds, you can carry it along with you wherever you want and don’t get confused about its build quality because this grill is meant to survive for years, not for few months. Although 5500 BTU is not what we usually get from high-end grills but quick startup, quality cooking grates, folding legs and most importantly the price tag are what that make this grill one of the best grills in the market.

        Best Value Winner: Charbroil 280

The Charbroil Classic 280 grill is something that most homeowners have grown to be fond off due to its simplicity which brings it close to practicality. This grill has all the performance to fulfill moderate barbecuing needs as it features 2 burners that produce a combined total of 26,500 BTU, which is spread over an area of 280 square inches of cooking space (on porcelain-coated wire grates).

Piezo Ignition System (for a reliable spark with every push of the button), front placed control panel (provides ease of use for the user), porcelain-coated steel lid (designed to withstand the extreme cooking temperatures), metal side shelves (that offer extra work-space with built-in handles and tool hooks), porcelain-coated grates (to prevent food sticking and are easy to clean) and two 6 inches plastic wheels (that provide ease while maneuvering) are some of the attractive features of this grill.

In our test, we have found this grill better than other low-priced grills which couldn’t even reach optimal temperature. Although, there is no built-in thermometer to measure the internal food temperature and it has fixed side shelves but classic 280 still manages to do the job, ideally for the occasional grilling. So, for the price it definitely gives value accordingly.

Best For Small Spaces: Weber Q2200

Weber Q2200 is the upgraded model of Q220 which was considered one of the best propane grills. The recent upgrade to Q2200 has awarded it some remarkable changes and improved the build quality. With just 1 touch start option, 12000 BTU power single burner and a large hood to host a full-size chicken or a large size roast, it just delivers a lot as being a portable grill.

On the other hand, it weighs 42 pounds which nobody can carry alone, but it also provides the ample 280 square inches cooking surface which no doubt is too much for a portable grill. Moreover, two foldable work surfaces, adjustable heat option, mounted heat thermometer and optional griddle section are those features which made its way to our list of top liquid propane grills.

So people who are looking for the grill that is perfect for tailgating, portable enough to fit in tight space or best for camping can consider this grill.

Your website really helped me alot. Thank you v much

        You are welcome!

I was looking at some cheaper but best BBQ grills and ended up with Char-Broil TRU-Infrared Patio Bistro. Glad I did. This unit is well made, quick ignition system with up to 320 square inches grilling surface.

The grill comes with the well-written set of instructions. The hardware is all packaged in such a way that you open the plastic bag for the parts you need – its all numbered, nice.

The Grill ignites quickly and is small enough to fit in the small spaces.

I must admit that i found your website’s reviews are the only genuine ones among many other similar gas grill reviews websites.

Lastly, I am truly thankful for providing such unbiased and detailed information in this article.

I was looking for a best outdoor grill to fulfill my BBQ with a tight budget. A quick search took me to your site where I was able to skim & scan between the products you listed on the page. You did a fantastic job for each of the product reviews because the information is precise and up to date.

After spending just 10 minutes, I was able to decide that which grill suits me and which one to buy actually. I found Dyna-Glo Black Premium to be my next grill for BBQ. Thanks for your help.

        You are always welcome 🙂

I am not sure why you don’t have at least one of the Broil King Grills listed. All the other comparative lists include at least one of the models.

We would love to test Broil King Grills soon and if we find one worth adding to our list, we will add it. Thanks for your input.

Was out looking for a new weber grill for my son in law. I was totally bummed out about weber being made in China. What a shame. Definitely looking for a different brand now, that is USA made.

I understand your concern but there are still many quality weber grills which are manufactured in the USA like Weber Genesis E-330.

Why isn’t Napoleon represented on your list? Were they just not tested?

This month 2 Napoleon grills made to our top 10 list. You can read their reviews on this website.

        Weber Grill Parts

Let’s get your Weber grill fixed so you can get back to grilling! It doesn’t matter how old your barbecue is; we will help you find the perfect replacement Weber grill parts!

Thanks for dropping by and checking out the shop! This site is designed to be the absolute easiest place to find replacement parts for your Weber grill.

I understand the frustration of not being able to find the parts for your classic grill down at the big box home improvement stores.

This site has done the hard work for you and has organized all of the different Flavorizer bars, grill covers, ignitors and cooking grates for the different grills. I will confess that I am having a very hard time finding the right parts for the Weber Summit six burner grills but that is something I will continue to work on.

When it comes down to selecting the correct replacement parts I understand that attention to detail matters. I understand the difference between a Weber Genesis Gold made in 2000 and one made in 2002. Not only do I understand but I make it easy for you to figure out exactly which grill you have so you can get the right parts today!

If you don’t find the correct parts for your grill then PLEASE send me a note and I will track it down for you! I love digging through old Weber manuals and searching through forum threads to find the right parts. Deciphering parts lists is my backwards version of a jigsaw puzzle.

There are two topics that I will NOT be able to help you with. I do not have access to the side tables for any grills and I cannot help you do a natural gas conversion.

This site is a labor of love put together by me, David Somerville. If you purchase a part for your grill through one of the links on this site then I will make a commission from Amazon at no extra cost to you. If you would like to get in touch I would love to hear from you! There is a Contact Form on the “About” page and you can almost always find me hanging out on Twitter (@bbqdryrubs). Please drop by and say hello. I am always happy to visit with other Weber grill owners!

        Weber Summit Charcoal Grill

        Weber-Stephen

Weber-Stephen is one of the oldest and most respected manufacturers of BBQ equipment and related accessories in the world. Weber grills and smokers cook beautifully and have great features that are clever, effective and easy to use. As popularity and demand for BBQ gear grows worldwide, Weber continues to earn their long standing reputation for quality, durability and outstanding customer service and support, (7 days a week from 7am to 9pm CST), in an increasingly competitive environment. Even in this crowded marketplace, many consumers are still willing to pay more for the Weber name and they are rarely disappointed. They make a variety of cookers and smokers. Their iconic black charcoal kettles are known throughout the world. Indeed Weber is expanding globally.

Weber-Stephen was family owned since it was founded in 1952 by George Stephen. At the end of 2010 the Stephen family sold a majority stake to Chicago investment group BDT Capital Partners. In 2012, Weber settled a class action suit out of court regarding their use of the phrase, "Made in USA". Weber previously qualified the "Made in USA" statement by specifying their products are assembled in the USA with some components that are sourced globally. Here is an excerpt from Weber's statement "Weber believes that because all Weber grills and the disputed accessories are designed and engineered in the USA, and all grills save for one line [Spirit]* are manufactured and assembled in the USA using component parts primarily made in the USA, it did nothing wrong and therefore has valid defenses to plaintiff's claims. The court has not held a trial or ruled in favor of either party on any disputed issues. Weber and the plaintiff have agreed to settle the matter to avoid the costs of continued litigation." As a result of this suit, Weber can no longer claim to be made in America.

Things change, but we believe Weber's commitment to quality and innovation has not.

The biggest barrier for many folks is price. Webers are not cheap, but when you consider that they last decades, the price is easy to justify. In fact, when you consider the fact that some cheap grills fall apart after three years or so, Webers might be considered a bargain.

Our main complaint: All Webers have the obligatory bi-metal dial thermometer in the hood that gives you a ballpark reading of what the temperature is high above the meat. Since we cook on the grates, though, it's always better to bring your own digital thermometer and place a probe there. It would be nice if they would go digital in the digital age and it appears with their acquisition of iGrill digital thermometers, this is begining to change.

*At the very end of 2016 Weber introduced their new line of Genesis II gas grills to replace the popular Genesis series. Genesis II is made in China. Genesis II LX is still made in Palatine, IL.

        Weber Charcoal Grills

In 2015 Weber changed the names of several popular charcoal grills and added a few new features. Don't worry though, they are still the iconic kettles you grew up with. These classic grills have played a big part in BBQ history and helped spread the joy of outdoor cooking across America and beyond. The 22.5" kettle is by far the most popular backyard grill in the world for under a hundred dollars. The body and lid are pressed from solid sheets of steel so there are no welds to rust, and coated with a durable powder coated baked on porcelain enamel that lasts for decades. The lower intake vents double as an ash collection system and the three legs with two wheels make rolling it around a snap. It is lightweight, there are few parts, and simplicity reigns. The lids fit tightly so oxygen control, and therefore heat control, is very good. And, with the exception of the Ranch Kettle, they are inexpensive.

AmazingRibs.com science advisor, Dr. Greg Blonder, observes, "Most people believe the Weber is a parabolic reflector, focusing heat emitted by the coals directly on the grill. A parabolic reflector is only effective when the heat source is tiny, intense and located at the focal point. This is not true in the case of the Weber, where the heat source is a sheet of coals spread over a large area. On the other hand, the Weber gets many things right. While the parabola won't create a beam of infra-red energy, the high almost vertical side walls reflect the infra-red image of the coals from side to side- like images of your head pinging back and forth between two mirrors at the barbershop. So this 'reflection gallery effect' does increase the heat intensity a bit compared to cooking over an open pit, where heat emitted to the sides is lost. The system is efficient, burning a minimum number of briquets during cooking." Probably no other single invention has influenced the American diet more since the invention of the electric refrigerator.

Weber Charcoal Grills are offered in four basic configurations: the small, portable Smokey Joe Series, the larger One-Touch kettles on three legs, the Performer Series mounted on carts and the oversize Ranch Kettle. They also offer three models of the popular Weber Smokey Mountain smokers. In 2016 they introduced Weber Summit Charcoal Grills, multifunction cookers that are effective smokers and grills under one hood.

        Gold Medal

Introduced on 4/6/2016, the Weber Summit Charcoal Grill is a radical departure from George Stephen's original Weber Kettle and Weber's first major upgrade to the kettle in decades. It is bigger, badder and more versatile with a price tag to match. Aimed squarely at people who are serious about both grilling and smoking and priced to compete with high end charcoal grills, it carries the Summit name that adorns their top of the line gas grills. It is at once a superb high temp searing grill even better than the original kettle, and an effective dedicated low and slow indirect heat smoker reminiscent of a kamado. So is it a kamettle? Kettlelado? Here it is beside the classic 22" Weber Kettle.

There are two models with the same kettles in different carts. Our test model, provided by Weber, was the "Summit Charcoal Grill", mounted on a sturdy three legged stand with two large plastic wheels and one locking caster. A triangular storage shelf rests at the bottom. MSRP is $1699, but most sellers will go with the Minimum Advertised Price of $1,499, comparable to a Big Green Egg XL kamado with a stand and diffuser plate at over $1,500 list. The "Summit Charcoal Grilling Center" has a large cart on the side with a stainless steel work surface, a lower shelf, a slide out basket, a coal storage bin, on top of two large plastic wheels and two locking casters. Here again the MSRP is $2299, but street price is $1,999, comparable to a BGE with a cart. Here is a video of our test unit and a picture of the cart version.

Summit Charcoal Grills are double walled and air insulated. Many kamados are heavy ceramic ovens with thick walls that hold temps steady for long durations, a blessing if you nail the desired temp, a curse if you overshoot because they take forever to cool down. With air insulation between the outer and inner walls, Summits hold temps well yet they can switch gears much faster than ceramic or fiberglass insulated kamados, providing both agility and forgiveness when temperature changes are necessary.

Summit's outer body is Weber's signature black porcelain-enameled coated steel that has proven it's durability for more than 60 years. The lining of the lower bowl is also black porcelain-enameled steel. It terminates, open-ended, at the lower coal grate position allowing hot air to be trapped between the outer and inner walls. The inner wall of the lid is aluminum and there is also an air gap between it and the outer wall. Though considerably lighter than a ceramic dome, Summit still employs a heavy duty spring assisted hinge making it easy to open and leave open. A gasket made of thin stainless steel thread woven into a braid runs along the lip and seals the top and bottom halves.

One new feature that really got us stoked is the movable charcoal grate. It can sit at the bottom directly above the air intake dampers for medium temperature cooking, or be raised to four inches below the cook surface for hot grilling. With a couple of layers of briquets, you can have scorching infrared heat within 2" or less of your steak. We've long wished for Weber to provide a way of bringing the coal closer to the cook surface for improved searing. This design, coupled with the hinged stainless steel cooking grate allows you to easily add more charcoal and features "Weber's Original Gourmet Barbecue System" which has a removable round center that can be replaced with various inserts like a pizza stone, griddle or wok. Click here to learn why we love thin stainless steel rod grates better than any other, even cast iron. For those who prefer a standard 24" stainless grate, Click here to check out the Big Green Egg 24" Stainless Steel Cooking Grid.

A slick "Rapidfire" damper crests the dome. It functions like a standard Weber disc-shaped damper but it is on a hinge and can be flipped up and out of the way for maximum exhaust to increase temps rapidly in conjunction with the lower vents. When we first fired up Summit the damper was stiff and was difficult to spin, but after three or four cooks, it worked perfectly. Weber said they had not encountered this issue on their test units, and indeed, previous to receiving our test model, we cooked on Summits at the Weber Grill Academy and they worked fine.

Both models include a piezo electric "Snap-Jet Gas Ignition System" that runs off a 16 oz. propane cylinder to start your charcoal with a gas flame. The gas ignition burner is located just beneath the lower charcoal grate. It can be used to start coal with the grate in either the upper or lower position, but burn times are slightly different: 7 to 10 minutes lower grate position, 12 to 14 minutes upper grate position. You always leave the lid up during ignition. After turning off the burner, you close the lid and pre-heat.

Packaging was excellent. One learns a great deal about a cooker during assembly. The elegant design and quality construction of the Summit Charcoal Grill was evident at every step. Warranty is 10 years on the bowl and lid (no rust though/burn through), 5 years on stainless steel cooking grate and One-Touch System (no rust though/burn through), 5 years for plastic components and 2 years on all remaining parts.

Grilling with the charcoal grate in the upper position is very similar to grilling on a standard Weber 22" kettle, only a lot hotter because the charcoal is much closer to the food. Grilling with the charcoal in the lower position is more like the 22" kettle. The 24" wide cooking surface provides a surprising increase in capacity, and makes 2-zone setup really easy. We consider 2-zone cooking a crucial technique for outdoor cooking and it is our biggest complaint about most round kamados. Because their cooking surface is smaller and the charcoal is farther from the food, they are not well suited to this method.

Because the coals are so close to the meat you need to make sure they are distributed evenly, and if some coals are burning red hot while others are just getting started - you got hot spots. We made this mistake when testing it with chicken wings and as a result had to move them around a little to get even cooking and crisping.

But we were in for a real treat when it came time to reverse sear 2" thick steaks. Click here to learn about Reverse Searing Steak and 2-Zone Cooking. With the coal grate up high, we piled two scoops of charcoal on one side for hot direct radiant heat and left the opposite side empty for a warm indirect zone. We slowly cooked our thick steaks to about 110°F internal temp over indirect heat, then seared the snot out of them over the charcoals, flipping often to create an even dark brown crust. As eagerly anticipated, the red hot coals just 2 to 3" inches beneath the meat browned the steaks beautifully.

Kamado cookers typically use a ceramic disc between the charcoal and the cook surface to block direct radiant heat and even out temps for low and slow cooking, especially smoking. Weber reimagines the diffuser as a double walled hinged stainless steel disc. The hinged sides allow easy access to tend the fire and add charcoal.

Weber wants to ensure success right out of the box for new owners so the manual offers detailed instructions for direct heat grilling, indirect heat grilling, and smoking. It provides a "Charcoal Quantity for Smoking & Cooking Times" chart that lists instructions for various types and weights of meat. They give, "guidelines rather than hard and fast rules". We prepared a pork butt and, referencing the manual, set our sights for 8 to 12 hours of smoking with 2.75 cups of charcoal and 5 wood chunks. After running the ignition burner for 7 minutes we scattered the charcoal, tossed on the wood, installed the diffusion plate, positioned a water pan in the center of the plate, filled it with boiling hot water, installed the grate and placed a digital thermometer probe off center next to the meat. We closed the lid with the Rapidfire damper down and the intake vents open all the way. Following instructions, when the needle hit the 225°F to 275°F range we moved the intake vent to the "Smoke" setting. For the upper damper the manual instructs, "rotate the Rapidfire lid damper accordingly to maintain recommended smoke temperature." We took a chance at setting it halfway open. Within 20 minutes the temp climbed to 300°F on our probe. After some fiddling around, we decided to treat Summit like a kamado and shut both dampers down considerably. This is tricky with the lower damper as you can't see the vent openings, so it's a good idea to familiarize yourself with how far you can go without shutting it off completely. We settled on positioning it slightly to the left of the smoke mark. The upper damper ended up open about one third.

The temp never got out of control, but it was difficult to nail our desired target of 225°F without more practice. Summit seemed comfortable running in the 250° range. The medium size butt was done at 10 hours. After removing, we took a peek at the fuel. Surprisingly, there was nothing left but crumbs, yet the temp had not dropped. The duration fell within Weber's projection of 8 to 12 hours and, had we started with lower temps, it might have gone longer. The pork was delicious, very moist with beautiful bark.

Armed with this knowledge we went for a second round with no meat. This time we chose the maximum charted duration of 12 to 18 hours using 3.25 cups of coal. After closing the lid, we closely watched the built-in thermometer. As soon as it hit the low smoke range of 225°, we moved the lower arm just left of the smoke mark, and set the upper damper to one third open. It ran a little hot, at one point reaching 260°. After another stretch of trying to finesse damper settings, we went back to the beginning: lower vents set just left of the smoke mark, (see left), and upper at one third. The temp settled in at 245° and stayed steady. Before trying this, know your bottom vents. If you go too far to the left of the smoke mark, you'll shut off air intake and temperature will plummet. Without replenishing coal, Summit ran for about 13 hours.

Obviously, if one adds more coal, the duration will increase. Since Weber provides easy access to the fire via hinged cooking grate and diffuser plate, we got up early the following day for one more test with a scheduled fuel stop. Once again we used 3.25 cups of coal, burned the ignitor for 7 minutes, then went off script from Weber's directions and shut the lower vents down to just left of the smoke mark and upper vent one third open. Just like with a kamado, we let the temp come up slowly into Weber's smoke range. Temp was more moderate and settled at around 235°. Several hours into the test we used One-Touch to clear the ash, and then flipped up the grate and diffuser to add a couple handfuls of coal to each side. At some point after refueling, temps started to climb and we had to shut down the top vent to a sliver. Ultimately it ran about 15 hours, long enough for a brisket with a long stall. In the graph below you can see it is pretty steady with minor fluctuations due to fiddling with the vents and refueling. With practice I am sure we can even out the bumps. Pretty impressive.

Other experiments await exploration, such as using firestarters instead of the gas ignitor to create a smaller initial fire. And Weber provides a built in port for thermostat temperature controllers like the popular BBQ Guru. Thermostat controllers become your smoke babysitter for long cooks, and are especially useful for ones that go overnight. You place a probe near the meat and close all the air intakes except one. The probe talks to a fan that goes over the open vent which turns on and off regulating the oxygen supply to the coals. They control the temp very effectively. Although prices are in line with Summit gassers and premium quality kamados on carts, they're a big leap up from the kettles we know and love. Many who already smoke and grill on their kettles will shrug and wonder why spend more. At the end of the day, it's true that a regular classic Weber kettle can grill and smoke, but the new Summits are just plain bigger and better in every way. You get more capacity, ease of use and more versatility. It actually is a dedicated charcoal smoker by design, and we love the adjustable coal grate that burns directly under the cook surface for better searing. No doubt these new Charcoal Summits will shake up the backyard cooker market and you can bet kamado makers are winding up their counter punches.

Unlike Summit gassers, these new coal burners will not be sold in big box hardware stores. At least for now Summit Charcoals are only available through indy dealers. As mentioned above, MSRP is $1699, but street price is $1499. Scroll down for our Where To Buy Section to get yours.
